The civil case filed by Kellogg’s against the owners of Leggo My Eggroll continues to work its way through the U.S. District Court in Toledo.

A 3-to-4-day trial in July of this year has been proposed according to court documents, but it has not yet been scheduled.

Both sides were ordered to file a Joint Status Report by Monday, February 23.

Kellogg’s filed a lawsuit in late June of 2025 against the owners of the food truck, which operates locally and around the region.

The suit claims that the owners infringed on their copyrighted slogan L’Eggo my Eggo,” which is used to promote the company’s Eggo frozen waffles.
