Kenton Man Charged with Criminal Trespassing

A Kenton man was issued a summons for criminal trespassing following an incident at Burger King in Kenton.

 

According to the report, an officer was dispatched to the restaurant in reference to an unwanted person.

 

After an investigation, 47 year old Jeffrey Mayer was issued the summons for failing to leave the restaurant after being told to by the staff and management.
