Kenton Man Found Not Guilty of Domestic Violence

A Kenton man was acquitted of a domestic violence charge Tuesday evening after a trial in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

41-year-old Jason Broadstone was arrested on the charge in September of 2024 and was indicted on one count of domestic violence the following month.

The trial started Tuesday morning, and the jury went into deliberations at around 5:45pm.

According to Court documents, the jury returned the not guilty verdict at around 45 minutes later.

The trial was held April 29 before Judge Steve Christopher.
