The Kenton Postmaster and Supervisor met recently with the Hardin County Commissioners and informed them they have been insulted and belittled by a third floor official in the Hardin County Courthouse.

That information was contained in the minutes of the May 23 meeting of the Commissioners.

Board President Roger Crowe said the complaint was against the Clerk of Courts Office.

Starting this week, mail from the post office for the Clerk of Courts Office will be delivered to the Commissioner’s Office and distributed by their staff to the third floor office.

The Clerk of Courts Office will be notified when they need to come down to sign certified mail.

Clerk of Courts Carrie Haudenshield could not be reached for comment.
