A Kenton woman was arrested following a traffic stop in Logan County Wednesday evening.

The Bellefontaine Examiner reported that officers from the Washington Township Police Department stopped a car for going across the center line on State Route 274.

Officers conducted a search of the vehicle and found a brown purse belonging to a passenger in the car identified as 29 year old Heather Cox.

The purse allegedly contained a white crystal substance that tested positive for methamphetamine. Two separate glass meth pipes were also found.

Cox was arrested and taken to the Logan County Jail on a charge of possession of drugs.
