KMS and KHS Dismissing Early on Friday Due to Heat
Kenton Middle and High School will be dismissing students at 1pm tomorrow (Friday Aug 30) due to the forecasted excessive heat.
The extended hot temperatures this week have increased the humidity and heat within the buildings significantly.
Buses will run at normal times and middle/high school students who ride buses home will be moved to one of the limited air-conditioned spaces in those buildings.
Contact the middle or high school office if you have any questions.
Kenton Elementary School is not impacted by this change.
