Lakeview Driver Escapes Serious Injury in Auglaize County Crash
A driver escaped serious injury in a crash that occurred Wednesday morning in Auglaize County.
According to the report from the Wapakoneta Post of the Ohio State Patrol, 19 year old Matthew Kawalec, of Lakeview, was driving west on US 33 when his car struck a deer. He then swerved, and the car went off the right side of the road where it struck a tree.
Disabling damage occurred to the car.
Kawalex refused transport to the hospital and was treated at the scene by the Indian Lake EMS Squad.
