LaRue Man Injured in Union County Crash

A LaRue man was injured after his vehicle struck a deer on State Route 739 in Union County Thursday morning.

 

According to the report from the Union County Sheriff’s Office, 35 year old Jeramy Smith was driving north on 739 when his vehicle struck the deer when it entered the road.

 

The vehicle then slid off the right side of the road and came to rest in a field.

 

Heavy damage occurred to the car, and Smith was transported to Union County Memorial Hospital for treatment of injuries.
