Leighton Street Bridge in Kenton Reopens; Replacement Project Moved Up to 2029

The Leighton Street Bridge in Kenton reopened this past Friday afternoon.

City officials made the announcement that repairs were made, and the bridge passed inspection.

They also announced that the city has already secured funding for a full bridge replacement.

Originally slated for 2030, that project has been moved up to 2029.
