Liberty National Bank Awards Scholarship
A student from Fairbanks High School recently received a $1,000 Liberty National Bank My Money Matters scholarship.
Diego Shaw was a recipient.
He will be attending Mount Vernon Nazarene University this fall studying Business Finance.
Liberty National Bank offered three $1,000 scholarship opportunities to local students that completed the Liberty National Bank Ever-Fi Financial Literacy Program, which is a free, online program sponsored by the bank, at no cost to the schools.
Thirty-six students within Hardin, Logan and Union counties submitted applications for the scholarship.
