Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce to Celebrate Grand Opening of Roza Caribbean Restaurant

The Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce invites the community to celebrate the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for Roza Caribbean Restaurant on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.

The event will take place at Roza Caribbean Restaurant, located inside the historic Argonne Hotel at 201 N. Elizabeth Street in downtown Lima.

Roza Caribbean Restaurant brings the vibrant flavors and culture of the Caribbean to the Lima community, offering guests a unique dining experience featuring authentic island-inspired cuisine and hospitality.

Community members, Chamber partners, local businesses, and guests are encouraged to attend the celebration, meet the owners and staff, tour the restaurant space, and help welcome this exciting new business to the Lima/Allen County area.

“We are excited to celebrate the opening of Roza Caribbean Restaurant and welcome them to Lima’s growing business community,” said Deb Katzenmeyer, Director of Membership for the Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce. “New restaurants and unique dining experiences continue to add energy and opportunity to our downtown and community.”
