Lima Man Arrested in Kenton Monday Night

A Lima man is facing several charges after being arrested by Kenton police Monday night.

 

According to the report, officers responded to the 200 block of South Leighton Street in reference to a man that was getting into a car that didn’t belong to him.

 

The investigating officer observed the suspect, later identified as 39 year old Joshua Dienhart, walking in the street.

 

Witnesses pointed Dienhart out as the man who entered someone’s vehicle.

 

The suspect refused to cooperate with officers and was taken into custody.

 

Dienhart has been charged with obstructing official business, criminal mischief and failing to disclose personal information.
