LPD Announces the Passing of Retired K9 Diego
The Lima Police Department announced the passing of retired K9 Diego.
In a post on the department’s Facebook page, it was noted that Diego served as a loyal and dedicated partner of Patrolman Amy Glanemann, the first female handler ever at the Lima Police Department.
Diego was responsible for several apprehensions and removal of large amounts of drugs from the streets of Lima and surrounding communities, as well as countless community related interactions.
