Machinery Fire Contained at Honda Transmission Plant in Russells Point
A machinery fire was reported early this morning at the Honda Transmission plant in Russells Point.
WPKO radio reported that firefighters from the Indian Lake Joint District as well as the Lakeview Fire Department and Indian Lake EMS, were dispatched at around 5 this morning.
Chief Mark Gibson told WPKO that the fire was limited to one piece of machinery, and that firefighters were on the scene for around two hours.
No injuries were reported.
