Man Acquitted on Domestic Violence; Found Guilty on Lessor Charge

An Alger man was acquitted on a charge of domestic violence following a one day trial Wednesday in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to the document filed in Clerk of Courts Carrie Haudenschield’s Office:

 

Glen E. Williams Jr. was found not guilty on a charge of domestic Violence. He was also found not guilty on a charge of aggravated menacing.

Williams was found guilty on a lesser charge of disorderly conduct.

 

The jury deliberated for around 50 minutes before returning the verdicts.

 

Judge Scott Barrett then proceeded to sentencing, ordering Williams to pay a fine of $150 plus court costs.
