Man Arrested After Incident in Findlay on Memorial Day

Findlay Police arrested a man after an incident in that city on Memorial Day.

According to a release, officers were dispatched to 1600 Lippincott Avenue to investigate a fight in progress.

When officers arrived, the suspect ran into a garage and barricaded the doors.

During the course of negotiations, it became apparent the suspect was overdosing on narcotics and stopped responding to officers

At that time, entry was made, and Chadwick Meeks was arrested.

He was transported to Blanchard Valley Hospital for treatment.

Meeks is facing charges of domestic violence, violating a civil protection order and obstructing official business.
