Man Arrested Following Domestic Dispute in Findlay
A Findlay man was arrested following a domestic dispute in that city Monday evening.
According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, officers were called to 212 East Edgar Avenue to investigate.
Upon arrival, a female was outside the residents and showed multiple signs of physical abuse.
She said the male suspect also made threats to kill her, and he could be armed.
The man refused to come out of the house. Eventually, officers forced their way into the house, and the suspect was located and taken into custody.
40 year old Scott VanWormer was taken to the Hancock County Justice Center on a charge of domestic violence.
Additional charges are being considered.
