Man Rescued After Falling into Indian Lake Tuesday Afternoon
A Belle Center man fell into Indian Lake Tuesday afternoon and was pulled from the water after around 25 minutes.
WPKO Radio reported that the Logan County Sheriff’s office was called to the scene where the 79 year old man fell into the lake near Miami Island.
After being pulled from the water, the man was taken by helicopter to St. Rita’s Medical Center.
Assisting in the investigation are the ODNR Division of Parks and Watercraft, Indian Lake Joint Fire District, Lakeview Fire Department, and Indian Lake EMS.
