Man Sentenced in Case Involving Stabbing Death in Ada
One person was sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to the document, Luke T. Gross was sentenced to a total of 18 months in prison on one count each of aggravated assault, a fourth degree felony and negligent homicide, a first degree misdemeanor.
He was given credit for 82 days time served.
The case dates back to the last day of January this year where a man was stabbed and killed at a residence located in the 300 block of Montford Street in Ada.
Gross was arrested in mid April.
The case was heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
