Marion County Judge and His Wife Sentenced

A Marion County judge and his wife were sentenced today in connection to a hit and run accident that injured a 19 year old man in June of 2020.

ABC 6 in Columbus reported that Judge Jason Warner and his wife Julia Warner were each sentenced to two years in prison.

Judge Warner was convicted of complicity to leaving the scene of an accident and complicity to tampering with evidence.

Julia Warner, who was the driver of the vehicle, was found guilty on two counts of misdemeanor negligent assault, complicity to leaving the scene of an accident and complicity to tampering with evidence. 

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost has shared that Judge Warner will have his title revoked under Ohio Revised Code.
