A man from Marion was arrested in Upper Sandusky Thursday night.
According to the report from the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to Rosebud’s Tavern on a report that a man, identified as Derek E. Moore, became agitated because he was refused service due to his intoxicated state.
The employees of the establishment also stated they felt threatened, and Moore left after they called police.
Moore was located at TNT Bar, and allegedly provided deputies with a fictitious name when he was asked for his identity.
He was placed under arrested and transported to the Wyandot County Jail for disorderly conduct and falsification.
Moore later posted bond and was released.
