Marion Man Cited for OVI Following Union County Crash

A 63 year old Marion man was cited for operating a vehicle while under the influence following a crash in Union County Thursday afternoon.

 

According to the report from the Union County Sheriff’s Office, James Caldwell lost control of his car while driving west on State Route 347.

 

The vehicle ended up off the right side of the road and struck a guardrail resulting in disabling damage.

 

Caldwell was not injured.
