Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine and the Logan County Bar Association are teaming up to offer free preparation of your living will and durable power of attorney.
This is part of Healthcare Decision Day on April 16.
Appointment times are available from 11am until 5pm at the Logan County Friendly Senior Center, 934 South Main Street in Bellefontaine.
