MLJ Hardin County District Library Celebrating 50th Anniversary
The Mary Lou Johnson Hardin County District Library is celebrating its 50th Anniversary this month.
As part of the celebration, you have a chance to win an Apple IPad. When you check out a book, movie or DVD, you are automatically entered.
The library is sponsoring a “Why I Love the Library Contest.” Write a short essay on why you love the library and submit it before April 20th. Patrons will judge the essays, and the winner will be announced April 30.
During the month, free coffee is served Monday through Friday from 9-11am and free popcorn weekdays from 11am-1pm.
On April 17, free cake and coffee will be served from 9-noon.
