The Village of Mt. Blanchard has been awarded $210,500 in state funding to support renovations and improvements to the community pool.

This investment is a direct result of the Village’s Community Heart and Soul process, which brought residents together to identify the people, places, and priorities that matter most to Mt. Blanchard.

Throughout that process, community members made it clear that preserving and improving the village pool was an important priority for the future of the community.

Village officials thanked Senator Rob McColley, Representative Ty Mathews, the Hancock County Commissioners, Hancock Regional Planning Commission, and The Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation for their support in helping to make the project a reality.

More details about the project will be released in the coming months.
