One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash that occurred Tuesday morning at the intersection of Township Road 179 and County Road 10 in Logan County’s Jefferson Township.
According to the report from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, 20-year-old Madison Kidder was driving west on 10 when a vehicle being driven by 28-year-old Donald Hook, of Delaware, drove onto to 10 from a stop sign on 179.
After the collision, Kidder’s vehicle continued off the left side of the road and traveled down an embankment.
She was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital for treatment of suspected minor injuries.
Hook said he looked both ways before entering the intersection, but the glare from the sun impeded his vision and the white vehicle he struck blended in with the snow and glare.
He was cited for a stop sign violation.
