One Person Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court
One person was sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to the document from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:
.Verl William McGrath, age 61 of Kenton, was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count of domestic violence.
As part of the conditions, he must complete anger management and drug and alcohol counseling and follow all recommendations.
The case was heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
