A driver was treated for minor injuries in a crash that occurred around 8:50 Wednesday night at the intersection of east Forest Road and Silver Street in Kenton.

According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, 42 year old Erick Grasley, of Kenton, was at the stop sign on Silver waiting to turn onto East Forest Road.

A northbound vehicle being operated by 38 year old Margaret Holbrook, of Dunkirk, signaled to turn east onto Silver, but then turned off the signal and continued travelling north.

Believing the vehicle was turning onto Silver, Grasley pulled into the intersection and struck Holbrook’s vehicle.

Grasley was transported to Hardin Memorial Hospital and was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
