Rape Suspect Arrested in Marion

A suspect wanted for rape in Cleveland was arrested in Marion Sunday morning.

 

NBC 4 in Columbus reported that Marion police stopped a car at the intersection of Center and Main Street when the driver got out of the car and started running.

 

A foot chase spanned nearly three city blocks, but officers were able to arrest 30 year old Demitrus Solomon on a nationwide warrant for a charge of rape.
