Registration Due Thursday for Hardin County Citizens Sheriff’s Academy
The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office issued a reminder that registrations for the 2026 Hardin County Citizens Sheriff’s Academy are due this Thursday, September 17.
The Academy will be held on consecutive Thursdays beginning September 24 and continuing through November 5.
It offers an informative, behind-the-scenes look at the operations, responsibilities, and services of the Sheriff’s Office.
Applications may be picked up at the Sheriff’s Office, and they must be completed and returned with a $25 non-refundable fee.
You must be a Hardin County resident, 18 years of age or older, and have completed high school.
