KENTON, OH — Revitalize Kenton is launching its new Community Impact Grant Program, aimed at helping current and future business owners remove barriers to starting, improving, and sustaining operations in Kenton.

The program offers 50/50 matching grants to support critical exterior and structural improvements—helping bridge the gap between vision and reality for local entrepreneurs and property owners.

From storefront upgrades and signage to accessibility improvements and major building repairs, the program is designed to make projects possible that might otherwise stall due to cost or complexity.

“Strong businesses need strong spaces,” said a Revitalize Kenton representative. “This program is about removing obstacles—so more people can open their doors, stay open, and invest confidently in Kenton.”

By encouraging shared investment, the program not only supports individual projects—it builds momentum across the community by improving safety, strengthening economic vitality, and enhancing the overall experience of downtown Kenton.

Additional details—including how and when to apply—will be released later this year.

Funding for the Community Impact Grant program will be from the Friends of Revitalize Kenton Foundation. Visit revitalizekenton.com for details on how to help us Build the Foundation.
