Ridgeway Man Cited After Two-Vehicle Crash at Logan County Intersection

A Ridgeway man was cited after a crash that occurred Tuesday morning at the intersection of Township Road 138 and County Road 121 in Logan County Tuesday morning.

According to the report from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, 30-year-old Samuel Williams was driving south on 138, and he failed to stop for a stop sign at 121.

His vehicle struck an eastbound vehicle being operated by 50-year-old Nathan Cromer, also of Ridgeway.

After the collision, Williams’ vehicle traveled off the left side of the road and came to rest in the ditch, and Cromer’s vehicle ended up off the right side of the road coming to rest in a field.

Disabling damage occurred to both vehicles, but neither driver was injured.

Williams was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign.
