Ridgeway Man Pleads Guilty to Strangulation Charge in Hardin County

A Ridgeway man pleaded guilty to one count of strangulation, a third-degree felony, in Hardin County Common Pleas Court this week.

In September of 2025, James G. Jenkins was indicted on two counts of strangulation and one count of felonious assault following an incident in October of 2024.

Judge Steve Christopher ordered a presentence investigation.

Jenkins will be sentenced on April 15.
