The Russells Point Police Department is holding a Wellness Initiative for Senior Education program.
It is designed to help older adults celebrate healthy aging, make healthy lifestyle choices and avoid substance abuse.
The six-week series begins July 22 and continues every Wednesday through August 26 at 433 State Route 708 in Russells Point.
The classes will run from 11am until 12:30pm.
Participants will receive helpful wellness tools such as pill organizers, medication lock boxes, and disposal bags, and lunch will be provided.
To register, call 937-843-2245, extension 101.
The program is for everyone, not just Russells Point residents.
