
Showers and thunderstorms will develop through late afternoon and then move southeast across the area overnight.
Some severe storms will be possible, with damaging wind being the primary threat.
However, large hail, localized flash flooding and a few tornadoes will also be possible.
The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office is advising residents to have emergency supplies ready, including food, water, medications, and essential items.
You should also have multiple ways to receive weather alerts, warnings, and emergency notifications, especially since some of these storms could occur overnight.
