Short Change Artist Steals $400 from Kroger Fuel Station
An employee of the Kroger Fuel Station was a victim of a short change artist.
According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, officers were informed Tuesday that a suspect described as a light skinned black male approached the window and made a purchase.
After that, the male used a scheme known as short changing and was able to steal $400 from the cashier.
