Teens Involved in High Speed Pursuit Facing Felony Charges

Two teenagers are facing charges following that Friday morning pursuit that started in Kenton and ended near Lima.

 

According to the Kenton Police Department report, a vehicle that had been reported as stolen was spotted in town at around six that morning.

 

A traffic stop was initiated, but the driver fled, leading to a lengthy pursuit.

 

The vehicle was disabled, and the two juveniles were captured in the Lost Creek residential area near Lima.

 

A 17 year old male from Lima was charged with felony counts of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police office and receiving stolen property.

 

A 16 year old Huntsville male is facing the same charges.
