Theft and Forgery Reported to KPD Tuesday
A Lima man is facing charges following an incident reported to Kenton police on Tuesday.
According to the report, officers were called to Superior Credit Union in reference to a man trying to cash a forged check.
The check belonged to a 25 year old Lima woman.
Charges of theft and forgery are pending against the suspect.
The incident remains under investigation.
