Theft of Road Signs Reported in Wyandot County

The theft of road signs is on the increase in Wyandot County.

 

According to the report from the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office, the Engineer’s Office told deputies that lots of signs are being stolen in Sycamore and two townships in the county.

 

A curve sign on Township Highway 37 at Parker Bridge, a keep right sign on Township Highway 16 between State Highway 53 and Township Highway 30, a high water sign at Township Highway 30 and Township Highway 30 and curve sign on Township Highway 37 all have come up missing recently.

 

The thefts are under investigation.
