Three Injured; Man Arrested After Stabbing Incident in Alger

Three people were injured, one of them is in critical condition, and an Alger man was arrested after an incident in Alger late this past Saturday night.

According to a release from Hardin County Sheriff Keith Everhart, the Hardin County Central Dispatch Center received two separate calls regarding an incident at the Old Barrel Pub in Alger.

Upon arrival, deputies found three individuals who appeared to have multiple injuries from an altercation that had taken place.

Upon further investigation, it was determined that there had been a fight that resulted in stabbing injuries to all three individuals.

Two of the victims were taken to local hospitals, and one of them is in critical condition.

Another individual was taken to a regional hospital for further medical care and is in stable condition.

The suspect, 42-year-old Bradley McCrary, of Alger, was placed under arrest, treated for his injuries and later transported to the Multi-County Correctional Center in Marion, where he is being held on a charge of felonious assault.
