Toledo Man Facing Felony Charges Following Traffic Stop
A Toledo man is facing several charges following a traffic stop in Wyandot County earlier this week.
According to the report, a car was stopped for speeding on U.S. 23 near State Highway 53. Radar obtained a reading of 86 miles an hour in a 65 miles an hour zone.
The driver, identified as Jackie L. Brown, was found to not have a valid driver’s license and was taken into custody.
While being held, the Sheriff’s Office received information that the car had been reported as stolen from a woman in Toledo.
Brown is now facing a felony charge of receiving stolen property.
He is being held without bail pending a court appearance.
