
The Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance shined its latest Tourism Spotlight on Lawrence Woods State Nature Preserve.
It is the largest mature forest in the region, and visitors will encounter a diverse array of features such as spring and summer wildflowers, towering trees, and serene wetlands.
With 1.1 miles of accessible boardwalk, the preserve provides an excellent spot for hiking and bird watching, making it the perfect destination for nature enthusiasts and outdoor adventurers alike.
Lawrence Woods is located at 13278 County Road 190 Kenton.
The trail is open a half hour before sunrise to a half hour after sunset.
