Two Injured in Hardin County Crash Tuesday Afternoon
Two people were injured in a crash that occurred this past Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of State Route 81 and County Road 15.
According to the report, which was received this morning from the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, 76-year-old John Jackson, of Ada, was driving north on 15 and he failed to yield for traffic when he drove from a stop sign at 81.
His car was struck by an eastbound vehicle being driven by 24-year-old Ryan Irwin, of Ada, resulting in disabling damage to both vehicles.
Jackson and a passenger, 75-year-old Debra Jackson, were transported to St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima for treatment of suspected minor injuries, and Irwin was not injured.
