Two Sentenced in Common Pleas Court

Two people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

.Catherine E. Summit was sentenced to a minimum of 7 years up to a maximum of 9 years in prison on charges of aggravated vehicular assault and operating a vehicle under the influence.

.Brian J. Messick was placed on five years community control on one count of trespassing.

Both cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
