Two Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court
Two people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to the documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:
.Christopher S. Windbigler was sentenced to 60 months in prison on one count of gross sexual imposition. He was classified as a Tier II Sexual Offender.
.Deven C.E. Disbennett was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count of possession of LSD.
Both cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
