The United Way of Hardin County is off and running on the 2021 Campaign.
The agency provides funding to 19 partner agencies.
Executive Director Michele Daniels answers one of the questions some people have, and that is ‘why donate to the United Way and not to one of the partner agencies directly?’ “One of the benefits of giving to us is, the United Way of Hardin County campaigns and fundraises for them so they can just focus on the service they provide to the residents of Hardin County. We kind of take that pressure off of them. We fundraise and we allocate that money to them so they can just meet those needs better.”
For the complete discussion with Daniels along with Honorary Co-Chair Beryl Rogers-Dudek, tune in Public Eye, Saturday morning at 7:30 and Sunday at noon on WKTN.
