City of Upper Sandusky officials reminded residents and business owners that public street parking, including along state routes within city limits, is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking restrictions may only be established through official signage installed or approved by the City.

Private signage, such as “Business Parking Only” or “Customer Parking Only,” is not permitted in the public right-of-way and is not enforceable.

Unauthorized signage may be removed.

Officials thanked everyone for their cooperation in helping keep parking fair and accessible for all.
