Two Upper Sandusky residents have been advised not to return to the dead end of Township Highway 102 after being caught doing donuts there.

A nearby resident reported the incident around 4:30 Saturday morning and agreed to assist with charges should the suspects return to the location.

The suspects were later found by the Upper Sandusky Police Department and told no charges of reckless operation would be given at that time, but prosecution would occur if they were to return to the area.
