USV Sports Physicals Scheduled for May 22
Upper Scioto Valley’s 2024-25 Sports Physicals will be on May 22nd.
Students entering grades 7 through 12 will be required to have a physical to participate in a sport next school year.
Physical packets can be picked up in the main office.
These packets are due to be turned in by May 13th.
You should also return your students’ paperwork to the main office.
