Victims Identified in Fatal Marion Residential Fire
The Pleasant Township Fire Department, in coordination with the Ohio Division of State Fire Marshal, is continuing its investigation into a residential structure fire that claimed two lives early Friday morning.
The victims have been identified as 72-year-old Joyce Eblin and 4-year-old Evelyn Harter.
The family has requested privacy at this time, as they grieve this immense loss.
The cause and origin of the blaze remain under active investigation by the State Fire Marshal’s Fire and Explosion Investigations Bureau (FEIB). No additional details regarding the status of the investigation are currently available.
